Ingredients:
Water, valerian flowers, hop cones, lavender flowers, lemon balm leaves, passion flower herb, vitamin C, pyridoxal hydrochloride (vitamin B6), glycerin.

Recommended dosage:
5 ml (teaspoon) 1-2 times daily.
Let 1 teaspoon (approx. 10 to 15 drops) of Calmina!®SchlafKraft melt on your tongue before going to bed.
