  • Oral hygiene from Schulke & Mayer. Octenident oral hygiene liquid is a product for specialist oral hygiene. For use in decontamination and moistening of the mouth and throat. One of the active substances contained in the liquid is octenidine.

Octenident composition Liquid for oral hygiene:

Aqua, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Glycerin, Aroma, Sodium Gluconate, Sucralose, Octenidine HCl, Citric Acid, BHT.

Operation of Octenident Oral Hygiene Liquid:

Preparation with octenidine for decontamination and moisturizing the real cavity and throat. Octenident oral hygiene liquid contains a substance with antibacterial properties, supports protection against gingivitis and periodontitis, reaches hard-to-reach places (dental pockets, interdental spaces), from where it removes pathogenic microorganisms. It counteracts and also reduces the unpleasant smell from the mouth, which is caused by the action of bacteria. The product does not cause discoloration of the enamel. It has a pleasant, mild mint flavor.

Application:
Octenident Oral hygiene liquid intended for use in oral and throat hygiene. Recommended for periodontitis and gingivitis; before and after oral surgery; in oral care for people undergoing chemotherapy and radiation therapy and after treatment, as well as in ICU patients; in case of irritation of the oral mucosa (e.g. aphthae); in people wearing orthodontic appliances or prostheses. For use above 3 years of age.

Additional information:
Keep the product out of reach of children at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against moisture and light. Does not contain chlorhexidine and alcohols.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the product. Do not use simultaneously with preparations that contain PVP-iodine (this may lead to reduced antiseptic effects of PVP-iodine and discoloration).

How to use Octenident oral hygiene liquid:

Use 1-2 times a day (as needed). Use about 10-15ml of undiluted liquid once. Rinse out mouth for about 30 seconds. Do not swallow, spit out. Use the cup included in the package to measure the liquid. You can drink and eat immediately after applying the liquid.
