  • Colon C powder comprises Psyllium seed husks - a valuable source of natural fiber and probiotic bacteria and prebiotic desirable for proper operation of the digestive system, better digestion and regulation of metabolic processes.

Ingredients:
shell egg-shaped seed plantain ( Plantago ovata ), inulin from chicory ( Cichorium intybus ), double-coated bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis .

Substances with a nutritional and / or physiological effect: The recommended daily dose (10 g) comprising:
Egg-shaped shell seed plantain (Plantago ovata) 6.175 g
Inulin from chicory (Cichorium intybus) 3.48 g

Operation and indications:
Colon C is prepared from natural ingredients facilitating peristalsis. Daily dose of Colon C provides the appropriate amount of fiber and provides the intestines friendly bacteria. Psyllium seed husks provide fiber that increasing the volume, stimulates intestinal wall and moving to work in them with mass. The presence of fiber in the intestine promotes the development of friendly bacteria, which affect the correct functioning of the whole body. Fructooligosaccharides (prebiotics) contained in Colon C modify the intestinal flora and increase the population of bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute (replacement) of a varied diet. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. Keep out of reach of small children.

Usage:
two heaping teaspoons (10 g) per day - one before breakfast and another before dinner. Mixed with water or fruit juices and drunk immediately. It is important to drink plenty of preparation extra glass of water or juice. After two weeks, the formulation can be reduced by half.
