Electrolyte+ is a dietary supplement that contains carefully selected ingredients and supports the body ^{1, 2.3} . It is based on a mixture of electrolytes and glucose, which has also been enriched with vitamin B5. This makes Elektrolyte+ a valuable companion after intensive physical activity ¹ .

Electrolytes are dissolved salts that play an important role in the distribution of fluids and water balance in the human body. The most important electrolytes (charged minerals) include sodium, potassium, magnesium and chloride.

The electrolyte balance in the body is constantly in motion/flow and is regulated both by the intake of food and drinks and by the loss through excretion. In certain situations, such as intense sweating (e.g. during exercise), a shift in the water and electrolyte balance can occur. In such cases, it may be useful to maintain electrolyte balance by additionally drinking an electrolyte solution containing magnesium ¹ .

Recommended dosage
Dissolve the contents of one stick (5.3 g) in 200 ml of water 1-2 times a day. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved (about 30 seconds). Then drink the prepared solution immediately.
