Ingredients
Water; magnesium salts of citric acid; acidifier: lactic acid; 3% Bluenesse Melissa officinalis (L.) extract; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; thickener: xanthan gum; bitter orange blossom oil; lavender blossom oil; orange flavor; rose hip extract; sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose; Elderflower flavor; thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).

Recommended dosage:
Take 10 ml undiluted 30 to 60 minutes before going to bed. A measuring spoon is included. Shake well before use.
