HUSK 100% natural plant fibers Plantago Ovata Forsk Composition:

Seed husks of: Plantago Ovata Forsk / Ispaghula husk / Blond psyllium / Indian white plantain. 100% natural plant fibers.

HUSK Indications:

- in constipation, lazy intestines;

- irritated colon;

- diarrhea of ​​any nature;

- to reduce bad cholesterol and blood sugar;

- for hemorrhoids, anal fissures, conditions after rectal or anal surgery, during pregnancy;

- in case of unbalanced diet, regulation of body weight;

HUSK is not recommended for
• rectal bleeding or inability to defecate even after using a laxative
• pathological narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract, threatening or existing intestinal obstruction
• poorly controlled insulin-dependent diabetes

HUSK Dosage:

Adults and children over 12 years: 2-3 equal measuring spoons in the morning and evening.

Children over 6 years: 1 equal measuring spoon 1-2 times a day.

Children under 6 years: after consultation.

It can be taken by people allergic to gluten.
It can be taken by pregnant women.

HUSK is taken before meals. The dose is placed in a glass of water, 200 ml of water or fruit juice is added, stirred and drunk immediately.
Then drink another glass of liquid.
HUSK can also be added to yogurt or a similar product, after which 200-250 ml of liquid is drunk.
In case of diarrhea, the product is taken with half a glass (100 ml) of water.
