  • Panadol tablets contain paracetamol - a substance used to relieve pain of various origins of moderate intensity and acting fever.Panadol, it is recommended in the course of colds and flu.

Composition:
1 tablet. It contains 500 mg of paracetamol. Action: drug with analgesic and antipyretic, by inhibiting prostaglandin cyclooxygenase activity in the CNS well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, minimally bound to plasma proteins. It is metabolized in the liver, cause there microsomal enzyme induction; excreted in the urine as glucuronide and sulfate, and after coupling with cysteine.Indications: Pain of different origin: headache, throat, migraine, toothache, bone, joint, muscle, menstrual. Febrile colds and flu-like symptoms. Precautions: Especially used with caution in patients with impaired liver and kidney function, alcohol abuse, fasting (risk of liver damage). Pregnancy and lactation : The product is contraindicated in the first trimester of pregnancy. Dosage: Oral .Adults: 1-2 tablets. every 4 h, does not exceed 8 Table. per day.Should not be used longer than 10 days. Children 6-12 r.ż .: 1 / 2-1 tab. every 4 h, does not exceed 4 pills. per day. Do not use more than 3 days.
