WICK Sinex Avera dosing spray uses the mode of action of oxymetazoline. This active ingredient belongs to the group of sympathomimetics. It ensures that the blood vessels in the nasal mucosa contract, thus clearing the nose. On the one hand, this promotes the drainage of secretion in the nose and also inhibits the formation of new secretion. The cold is gone and so is your nose. It changes how you start your day during cold season.

Application and dosage of Vicks nose spray , WICK Sinex Avera dosing spray

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use continuously for more than 5-7 days. WICK Sinex avera Nasal Spray can cause nasal congestion if used over a long period of time. Please speak to your doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 3 days.

 

The recommended dose is:

Adults and children over 10 years: 1-2 sprays in each nostril, maximum 2-3 times a day.
Children from 6 - 10 years: 1 spray in each nostril, maximum 2 - 3 times a day.
Not for children under 6 years old.  

 

Type of application:

  1. Remove sealing cap. Hold the bottle upright and hold the spray tip in your nostril. Shut the other nostril.
  2. Spray while breathing deeply through your nose. Repeat the process with the other nostril.
  3. Adults and children over 10 years old can repeat steps 1 and 2 once if necessary.
  4. Wipe the spray tip with a clean, damp paper towel and replace the cap immediately after use.
