They can be swallowed anytime and anywhere without any liquid.
This dosage form is therefore particularly suitable for supplying the body quickly and directly with the trace element iron and important vitamins - ideal for on the go or if you have difficulties taking pills.

Iron is a vital trace element that is needed for many functions in the body.
It contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, the red blood pigment, and thus supports normal oxygen transport in the blood.

The body cannot produce iron itself and loses a certain amount every day.
Therefore, this important trace element must be supplied regularly and sufficiently through food.

Vitamin C increases iron absorption and contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and to protecting cells from oxidative stress.
