1 tablet contains: 32 mg acetylsalicylic acid, and auxiliary substances: lactose monohydrate 17 mg, propyl parahydroxybenzoate 3 mg, magnesium talc stearate.
NIPAS is a preparation based on acetylsalicylic acid. It is characterized by anti-inflammatory properties. It contributes to the reduction of edema and pain. NIPAS is in the form of alveolar tablets, which as a result of swelling and dissolution, protect the nerve endings and effectively protect the alveolar walls from contact with saliva.
Contraindications:
- hypersensitivity to the product components
- hemorrhagic diathesis
Indications:
The preparation is recommended to be used in dentistry. Indicated after opening periodontal and periapical abscesses, deeply dormant periodontal pockets. Also recommended as a medical insert after complicated tooth extraction (in the case of post-extraction pain ailments, inflammation of bones, dry alveolus). Also recommended for prophylactic purposes: after chiselling or damage to the alveolus (regardless of the stitches installed), after cured gingival pockets, under cement dressings and in periodontology.
The preparation should only be used by dentists. After pre-cleaning the alveolus with a warm 3% bicarbonate solution or 0.9% sodium chloride solution, without first curettage, 1-3 tablets are inserted into the alveolus. Then the socket is covered with a pad for about 20 minutes.
