1. What is Neuromultivit is and what it is used for

Neuromultivit vitamin B ₁ , vitamin B ₆ , and vitamin B ₁₂ , which is particularly important for ensuring normal neurological metabolic functions in combination. Like others, these vitamins are essential nutrients that the human body naturally arise.

The use of the nervous system diseases B vitamins restore their lack of body, and promotes nerve natural healing process. There is evidence that vitamin B ₁ has a pain-relieving effect.

2. Before you Neuromultivit

Warnings and Precautions

Check with your doctor or pharmacist before taking Neuromultivit.

If used in vitamin B ₆ greater than 50 mg daily dose for a longer period of time or in excess of 1 g daily for a shorter period of time, in the legs or arms occurs tingling or formic jogging sensation (peripheral sensory neuropathy, paresthesia or symptoms). Children and adolescents

Neuromultivit can not be used in children and adolescents (below 18 years) due to the large number of active substances.

Other medicines and Neuromultivit

If you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, or because you are not sure, talk to

your doctor or pharmacist.

Vitamin B ₁ may become inactive when administered in combination with cytostatic 5-fluorouracil (a medicine used in the treatment of tumors).

Antacids (reducing stomach acidity) decreases vitamin B ₁ absorption.

Long-term use of some of the urine-promoting medicines (diuretics), eg., Furosemide, can cause vitamin B ₁ deficiency, because the higher amount is excreted in the urine.

Co-administration of L-Dopa (a medicine used to treat Parkinson's disease), vitamin B ₆ may decrease the effectiveness of L-Dopa.

When used in conjunction with Neuromultivit against vitamin B ₆ acting drugs (so-called pyridoxine antagonists, eg .: isoniazid (INH), D-cycloserine, or penicillamine) may increase vitamin B ₆ needs.

Neuromultivit with food, drink and alcohol

Alcohol and black tea inhibit vitamin B ₁ intake. Vitamin B ₁ is disturbed and becomes inactive administered with drinks containing sulphites, eg., Wine.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, you think you may be pregnant or planning to become pregnant before taking this medicine, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

3. How Neuromultivit

Neuromultivit always exactly as directed by your doctor. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

The recommended dose is one tablet once a day.

In individual cases the dose may be increased to 3 tablets.

The tablets should be swallowed whole and taken with after eating a small amount of liquid.

Use in children and adolescents

Neuromultivit tablets should not be used in children and adolescents (under 18 years).

If you take a large dose Neuromultivit?

Vitamin B ₆

Prolonged use (more than 6 months -12) greater than 50 mg of vitamin B ₆ daily dose or greater than 1 g daily dose of a shorter period of time (longer than 2 months) can cause nerve damage (neurotoxicity). 4. Possible side effects

This medicine, like all others, can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Gastrointestinal disorders: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain.

• Headache, dizziness.

5. How to store Neuromultivit

Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children place.

Do not store above 25 ° C.

Neuromultivit composition

- The active substances are thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B ₁ ), pyridoxine

hydrochloride (vitamin B ₆₎ , cyanocobalamin (vitamin B ₁₂₎ . Each film-coated tablet

100 mg of thiamine hydrochloride, 200 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride, 0.2 mg cyanocobalamin.

- Emergent material. Tablet core: microcrystalline cellulose (E460), magnesium stearate

(E572), povidone. Film-coating: Macrogol 6000, titanium dioxide, talc, hypromellose,

30% polyacrylate dispersion.

Neuromultivit appearance and contents of the pack

White or off-white, round, film-coated tablets.

Blister pack contains 10 tablets in a carton containing 2 and 10 plates.

It may not be available in all packs.
