Effective protection against mild to moderate urinary loss

The new Prosecca® band from Medintim was developed specifically to prevent light urine dripping. It stops the dripping of urine by applying pressure to the urethra. This prevents uncontrolled urine leakage. The Prosecca band is made of a supple material that is lightweight and has a smooth surface. Advantages of the Medintim Prosecca band

How do you use the Prosecca Band?

  • open the band wide enough so that it can be easily pulled over the penis
  • the pressure pad must be located on the underside and, if possible, in the middle of the penis shaft
  • If the band is correctly positioned, it is closed with the Velcro fastener
  • Before first use and after each use, the band should be cleaned with warm water and soap

Contraindications of the urethral tape not to be used in

  • acute urinary tract infection
  • severe incontinence
  • Our circumcised customers sometimes report a slightly restricted grip
