What is uridine monophosphate (UMP) and what is it derived from?

The UMP in Keltican® forte is obtained from yeast cultures.

Recommended dosage
Take one capsule of Keltican® forte daily with a little liquid. You can open the capsules so that you can take the UMP-B pellets (mini tablets) they contain without the capsule shell.
