The berries of the sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) are among the richest and most unusual native fruits. A deep red, pleasantly fruity-smelling oil can be obtained from the pulp using a
special separation process, which is characterized by a high content of palmitic acid and palmitoleic acid, an unsaturated omega-7 fatty acid. Replacing saturated fatty acids with monounsaturated and/or polyunsaturated fatty acids in the diet helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

Each capsule contains 500 mg pure sea buckthorn oil from controlled organic cultivation.

The cold-pressed, purely mechanically filtered sea buckthorn oil may still contain suspended matter that can be deposited in the capsule. However, this natural cloudiness has no influence on the durability and quality of the product.
