In cases of spasms of the smooth muscles of the urinary tract


, nephrolithiasis, ureterolithiasis, inflammation of the renal pelvis, cystitis urinary tract, painful urge to urinate




Drotafemme 40mg In spasms of the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract




, gastric and duodenal ulcers, gastritis, enteritis, colitis, in spasms of the cardia and pylorus of the stomach, irritable bowel syndrome, spastic constipation, intestinal flatulence and inflammation pancreas,



in gynecological diseases

in painful menstruation.




Dosage Drotafemme 40mg

Adults


Daily dose: 120 to 240 mg, in 2 - 3 divided doses.



Use in children and adolescents


No clinical studies have been conducted in children.



If it is necessary to use Drotafemme in children,


the daily dose for children aged 6 to 12 years is 80 mg, in 2 divided doses,


for children over 12 years of age, the daily dose is 160 mg, in 2 - 4 divided doses.



Active substance: drotaverini hydrochloridum



Composition



The active substance of the drug is drotaverine hydrochloride. Each tablet contains 40 mg of drotaverine hydrochloride.



Tablet core ingredients



: lactose monohydrate, corn starch, maltodextrin, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate;

tablet coating: hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E 171), talc, sodium saccharin (E 954), macrogol 4000, sunset yellow lake (E 110), yellow iron oxide (E 172).
