What is Ferrum phosphoricum D6 and what is it used for?
Ferrum phosphoricum D6 is an anthroposophic medicinal product.

According to the anthroposophical knowledge of man and nature. These include: eg normalization of the metabolic processes in the respiratory organisation, especially in the case of acute feverish diseases of the airways accompanying pneumonia.

What do you need to know before taking Ferrum phosphoricum D6?
Ferrum phosphoricum D6 tablets must not be used if you are hypersensitive to wheat starch.

Precautions for use
You should consult your doctor if you have a fever that lasts longer than three days or rises above 39 °C, if you have shortness of breath, if you have purulent or bloody sputum, or if you have persistent, unclear or new symptoms.

Pregnancy and lactation
Like all medicines, Ferrum phosphoricum D6 should only be used during pregnancy and lactation after consulting a doctor.

Interactions with other medicinal products
None known. Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.

Important information about certain components of Ferrum phosphoricum D6 tablets
This medicinal product contains lactose. Therefore, please only take it after consulting your doctor if you know that you suffer from an intolerance to certain sugars. Wheat starch may contain small amounts of gluten, but these are also considered tolerable for patients suffering from celiac disease.

How should Ferrum phosphoricum D6 be taken?
Always take Ferrum phosphoricum D6 tablets exactly as your doctor has told you. Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is: take 1 tablet 3-6 times a day. Dissolve the tablet in your mouth or take it with some liquid.

Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks. If there is no improvement within 2-5 days, consult a doctor. The duration of treatment of chronic diseases requires consultation with the doctor. If you forget to take Ferrum phosphoricum D6: Do not take a double dose if you have forgotten the previous dose.
