The combination of three extracts used in the Tretussin Med medical device - from ivy leaves, Icelandic lichen and marshmallow root - is helpful in coughing, hoarseness and throat irritation. Blackcurrant flavor syrup.

Composition of Tretussin Med syrup:

Bulking agent (maltitole), water, stabilizing agent (glycerol), marshmallow root aqueous extract 4: 1 Althaea officinalis (L), Icelandic lichen mycelium aqueous extract 4: 1 Cetraria islandica (L), aroma, acidity regulator (acid lemon), thickener (xanthan gum), hydro-alcoholic ivy leaf extract 4: 1 Hedera helix (L), preservative (potassium sorbate).

Operation Tretussin Med syrup;

The herbal extracts contained in the medical device Tretussin Med reduce the adherence of pathogenic microorganisms to the throat mucosa. Icelandic lichen covers the throat mucosa with a protective film that soothes throat irritation and ensures proper hydration. The protective layer reduces pain, supports the regeneration of the mucosa, and thus restores the comfort of swallowing. Additionally, it protects against irritating effects of external factors, e.g. cold, dry air. Thanks to the extracts from the leaves of common ivy and marshmallow root, the syrup soothes irritations, reduces pain and inflammation of the throat.

Application:
A medical device Tretussin Med syrup intended for use in the event of throat irritation, cough or hoarseness.

Additional information:
Store the product out of reach of children at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against the effects of moisture and light. No alcohol, no added sugar (contains only naturally occurring sugars). There may be a laxative effect if consumed excessively. You should contact your doctor if a severe inflammation of the throat or sore throat is accompanied by high fever, headache, nausea, vomiting, or if symptoms persist for more than two days.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the medical device. Do not use in women during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

How to use Tretussin Med syrup:

In children from 1 to 3 years of age: use after consulting a doctor. In children from 3 to 6 years of age: if your doctor tells you otherwise, use one teaspoon (10 ml) twice a day. In children from 7 to 12 years of age: use one teaspoon (15 ml) three times a day. In adolescents and adults: use two teaspoons (30 ml) three times a day. After taking it for 30 minutes, do not eat any food or liquids. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
