CALF LYTE ® PLUS

To stabilize the water and electrolyte balance and to support physiological digestion

Composition
Dextrose 60.5%, sodium acetate 18.3%, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, monosodium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate, milk protein powder (including lactoferrin 0.1%), caramelized sugar. Carbohydrate source: dextrose.

Application of
Calf Lyte ®Plus is intended for use in calves when there is a risk of, during or after digestive disorders (diarrhea). This drink does not interfere with milk digestion and can be given to suckling calves or to calves that are hand-soaked with whole milk or milk replacers.

Feeding
advice for calves: 90 g (a bag or 2 measuring spoons) are dissolved in two liters of warm water (37 ° C) and can be administered by bottle or nasopharyngeal tube. 2 liters as a freshly prepared solution should be administered 2-3 times a day with the normal drink (whole milk or milk replacer).

Duration of use
1 to 7 days as an intermediate drink, during which the normal drink (whole milk or milk replacer) should be continued. 1 to 3 days if fed exclusively, followed by a day of normal diet and Calf Lyte ® Plus for transitional adjustment. It is recommended that the advice of a veterinarian be obtained prior to use or before extending the feeding period. A sachet should not be dissolved in less than 2 liters.
