The composition of the preparation consists of four basic electrolytes supplemented with glucose. Dietary supplement Ionolit Ions are orange-flavored effervescent tablets to be dissolved in water. The preparation is used in states of dehydration, e.g. on hot days.

Ionolite Ions ingredients:

Acidity regulator: citric acid; sodium bicarbonate; binder: sorbitols; magnesium carbonate; potassium citrate; potassium chloride; natural orange flavor; binder: polyethylene glycol; powdered beetroot juice concentrate; sweetener: sucralose; dye; riboflavin. It contains sweeteners.

The content of ingredients in one effervescent tablet / three effervescent tablets:sodium - 260mg / 780mg, potassium - 150mg (7.5% RWS) / 450mg (22.5% RWS), chloride - 80mg (10% RWS) / 240mg (30% RWS), magnesium - 60mg (16% RWS) / 180mg (48% RWS), glucose - 400mg / 1200mg.

Action of Ionolite Ions:

The preparation contains four basic electrolytes and a portion of glucose. These are ingredients that help reduce fatigue, support the work of the brain and support the proper functioning of the muscles. The Jonolit Jony dietary supplement helps to supplement the diet with magnesium, potassium, sodium and chloride. Magnesium supports the maintenance of electrolyte balance and also helps to reduce fatigue and fatigue. Potassium supports the proper functioning of the nervous system as well as maintaining adequate blood pressure. It also helps in the proper functioning of muscles. Sodium and chloride help to maintain the balance of body fluids, moreover, sodium helps maintain proper muscle contractility and proper nerve function.
